The hotel is not as centrally located as we had hoped, but the whole property and team were fantastic, making our stay brilliant. Booking a room at the front of the building is advisable for light sleepers. The lady on reception was friendly and allowed an early check-in, which we appreciated. However, some noise incidents required immediate action from the helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean as expected, but it was a bit cold initially, despite the heating working; having some heating on by default during winter would have been sensible.
